A v2 layer: the v1 spec body plus the layerV2Extension keys.

The v1 layer bodies are reused verbatim (paint/layout/type/source/filter are identical to v1) and merely .extend()ed with the v2 nesting. Discriminated on type, as v1 is. $ref layer references are not carried: v2 relies on YAML-native anchors, resolved at parse.
