Remarks
Section titled “Remarks”kind is the coexistence contract: the host owns ONE popup slot, and a
pinned popup (click) holds it until the user dismisses it — a hover
popup never displaces a pinned one (it is silently skipped while one is
open) and is itself replaced freely. This is what makes hover a preview
and click a pin instead of the two fighting over the slot.
