Set center point above ground

Replicates the MapLibre example Set center point above ground. The camera centres on a point 541 m up — the top of One World Trade Center — rather than on the ground beneath it. elevation and centerClampedToGround are ordinary MapLibre map options, so they pass straight through config:; the extruded buildings are a document layer.

What to notice

• Upstream opens at an 85° pitch and lifts maxPitch to 105° to look up from below the horizon. The schema caps pitch at 85° (tracked as ml-rww), and on maplibre-gl 5.x an 85° view loads only low-detail building tiles, so this page opens at 70° — drag to tilt further.
• Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, via OpenFreeMap.
• elevation and centerClampedToGround need maplibre-gl ≥ 5.0; on 4.x they are ignored and the camera centres on the ground.
